Discovery
We become part of your team. We interview key stakeholders before embedding ourselves into your day-to-day for up to two weeks. This enables us to understand critical elements of your business, including: your objectives and key results (OKRs), your market, your competitive landscape, your guests and your current execution as it relates to our engagement.
Pace Action Plan Development
After gathering information from all corners of your business, the event & sales department will be thoroughly analyzed. This analysis will review everything from the initial contact with the guests to the day of execution of the event, resulting in a Pace Action Plan – providing a clear understanding of where opportunities exist to leverage event, experience, and occasion-related bookings. We will also determine what foundational adaptations and enhancements are required to ensure an effective approach to your event strategy.
Included in this process will be evaluating key details such as the merchandisable space you have available and how it can capitalize on market demands. The Pace Action Plan will also address the staffing, training, marketing and other needs that will be required to achieve the objectives outlined in the Discovery phase.
Pace Action Plan Implementation
The newly developed Pace Action Plan will be presented to key stakeholders in a format that encourages collaboration. Upon approval, implementation begins. This will include the initiation of foundational materials and the development of the staff training modules – ensuring your organization is equipped and enabled to secure bookings, host events, and deliver memorable experiences. .
Optimization plan
Once the foundation for the Pace Action Plan has been properly laid, we create a custom optimization plan. Ensuring a healthy, sustainable occasion-based revenue stream requires refinements beyond the first booking.
This will provide further guidance for Pace Plan implementation and enable a means of building iterative optimizations – including the opportunity for Fractional Event Sales Leadership – to enhance the results on a go-forward basis.
